IEBC BASEBALL MISSION

TO PROVIDE HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL PREPARATORY DEVELOPMENT THAT IS:

  • UNCOMPROMISING

    • Training quality is the first and foremost. We prepare our players for athletic performance.

  • HONEST / ACCOUNTABLE / PROFESSIONAL

    • 1 .We will tell you the truth about your athlete. 2. We will train to compete. 3. We will evaluate progress.

    • We will prioritize competition for its role in preparatory development. and not for its role in stocking the award cabinet.

  • QUANTITATIVE AND QUALITATIVE

    • “What you can measure you can manage”. An important component of development is tracking objective performance measurements, along with periodic subjective evaluations on skill acquisition.

  • EXPERIENTIALLY ELITE

    • It’s our responsibility to make our training an experience that high level athletes to look forward to. The best kind of training is consistent training. Athletes show up consistently when they love to train. Culture is contagious.
